As President of Preferred Asset Management since 2001, Michael Craig has advised and led real estate initiatives spanning acquisitions, development, construction oversight, property operations, and owner representation. His work is defined by an owner's perspective: making sound decisions, honoring commitments, and maintaining focus on the long view.
Michael combines strategic analysis with practical field experience. He has directed entitlement, planning, consultation coordination, governmental approvals, construction oversight, and disposition strategy while working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, lenders, attorneys, agencies, and ownership groups.
Education: Master of Business Administration, Highest Honors, and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, High Honors, from The University of Texas at Austin.
